Source RoxGaming Update 16.5

Hello,

RoxGaming has since shut down, and the project is now with the Genesys Team; the files are currently at Update 22—featuring many fixes and available for free—so I decided to release this older source code to the community as well. You can use it to launch a basic server, though I recommend fixing the various existing bugs.
